At Gypsy Lane Online we hope you are delighted with your purchase. If, for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, return item within 14 days of receipt of your shipment. All returns must be in original condition (unwashed and unworn) with tags attached and be in the same condition as you received them.

We do not offer return shipping cost – this is at your expense

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s) we will gladly exchange or credit any item(s) which are unworn and with tags still attached. We do not offer refunds on swimwear, homewares, accessories including belts, jewellery, scarves or other items that do not require to be tried on or one size fits most items unless faulty.

All sale items are final including promotional discounts unless faulty. Sale items and discounted items are not returnable.

Proof of faulty item

A photograph needs to be sent to [email protected] within 5 days of receiving goods or attached to the form below and submitted within 5 days of receiving goods.

We can then take action to assist you and ensure our quality control. We want to make this process as easy as possible.

Items found to be faulty within 1 month of purchase will be repaired or replaced where possible. In the event that the item cannot be repaired or replaced, we will gladly offer you a credit note, exchange or refund for the item.
